We will still continue to serve our Deconstructed Nasi Katok! 🙌
Nakhoda Ragam aka Nasi Katok Deconstruct. For effort itself I gotta give this an A+! Presentation was really beautiful and its a different take on our famous nasi katok. The fried chicken was nicely cooked, crunchy on the outside yet tender on the inside. And the sambal bubuk was not overwhelming. The thinly sliced cucumber is for added crunch! Just nice 👍
